To Play Audio books
You must downlonad and install OverDrive Media Console.
• You only have to install this free software once next time you can skip this step.

• Go to http://www.overdrive.com/software/omc/
• Click Download Now, on the right.
• Click RUN in the window that pops up.
• Wate a minute for it to download.
• Click RUN in the window that pops up.
• Follow the install instructions.


To download Audio Books from our Home Page. http://www.jcld.org/
• Click on Search our Catalog.
• Click DIGITAL AUDIO BOOKS, on the right.
• Search for the book you want in the search box on the left.
• When you find a book you would like to download,
• Click Add to Cart on the bottom right.
• You can then Continue Browsing, or Proceed to Checkout.
• When you Proceed to Checkout you will need to type in your Library Card Number & your PIN.
• By defaul your PIN will be the last four digits of your phone number. •
• Click Confirm Check Out.
• Click Download.
• OverDrive Media Console will automaticly startup.
• Click OK.
• It will list all the parts to this download.
• Click Check All.
• Click OK.
• Wait for the item to be downloaded.
• At the bottom it will show the item being downloaded.
• The download will be added to the list in OverDrive Media Console.


To play your downloaded files.
• At the top of OverDrive Media Console you can choose to . . . .
• Play the file on your computer.
• Transfer the file to a suppoted media device.
• Burn the file to a CD or DVD.
