HOURS:

Monday – Thursday	10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Friday	10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday	10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Sundays and Holidays	Closed

GETTING A LIBRARY CARD:

It’s easy to get a card of your own.

To apply for a Library card you must show a valid Oregon Driver’s license with current Jefferson County or Deschutes County address.

photo identification and proof of current Jefferson County or Deschutes County address, such as: current mail.

Youth Under 17:

The same as above, plus you will also need a parent or guardian to sign.
The guardian who signs the registration card is ultimately responsible for lost or damaged items and overdue fines.

CIRCULATION & RENEWALS:

Most Books, Magazines, and Audio Books have a three-week loan period. (Books with long waiting lists are sometimes loaned for one-week periods)
DVDs have a one-week loan period.
You can renew items in person, over the phone (475-3351) or
online at www.jcld.org.

CHARGES AND FINES:

Fines on overdue materials are 10 ¢ per day per item
There are no fines on juvenile materials.

All materials have a maximum of $ 5.00 per item in late charges.

There is a $ 1.00 fee to get a replacement library card.
