Large Map to Annex		Rodriguez Annex of the Jefferson County Library 134 SE E Street Madras, OR 97741 The Rodriguez Annex was formerly a church located on E Street right behind the library. This light gray building has a basement meeting room for the public and an upstairs auditorium used for the Community Film Center, Library Programs, and is also avaliable for the public to rent.
