     This story is about a diet in which you stop eating after dinner. In this book there are 101 ways to stop eating after dinner. Read a book instead of picking up the remote; reading doesn’t come with snacks. Start a reading group with some fresh fruits. Try going to sleep earlier—it will make you relaxed and alert the next day. The book tells you how to eat throughout the day so you won’t eat after dinner.
     I like this book because they tell you the healthy way to do a diet. Your diet is very important for your life, because if you don’t have a good diet then you can get fat. Fat gives you a lot of disease, which is not good for people’s health.
