Notice of Budget Committee Meeting #2 - Wednesday, May 19, 2021, at 6 pm
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Jefferson County Library District, Jefferson County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022, will be held at the Jefferson County Library District, 241 SE 7th Street, Madras, Oregon. The meeting will take place on the 19th day of May 2020, at 6:00 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to review the proposed 2021-22 budget and to receive comments from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberations and recommendations of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 4, 2021, at the Jefferson County Library, 241 SE 7th Street, Madras, Oregon, between 10 am – 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday, and 10 am – 3 pm Saturday, and linked below.
