Rodriguez Annex Meeting Room

ANNEX USE AND RESERVATIONS ARE SUSPENDED AT THIS TIME.

Reservations for meeting room space are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Library-sponsored programs will have a preference.
Reservations are made no more than one month in advance.

Donation suggestions for nonprofit/community service groups :
          $ 20.00 for single-use
Charges for fee-based meetings:
          $ 150.00 per day and a $150.00 refundable deposit.
          (deposit check is held for one month and then destroyed)
          Read the Rental Contract Form below for possible additional fees.
          (Use of Kitchen, Film Equipment/Projectionist, misuse of the annex)

Rodriguez Annex Rental Contract Form must be filled out to reserve a room.  
Stop by the JCLD and complete a contract or dowload and mail a completed form to 241 SE 7th Street, Madras, OR 97741.
