Budget Committee Meeting

NOTICE of BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETINGS Jefferson County Library District Two public meetings of the Budget Committee of the Jefferson County Library District, Jefferson County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 will take place in May 2024. The first meeting will take place on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 5:30 pm. The second meet- ing is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 5:30 pm and will take place if needed. The meetings will be held at the Jefferson County Library, 241 SE 7th Street, Madras, Ore- gon 97741, and via Teams Video. Details to access this meeting virtually will be available by May 6, 2024 at the following web- site: https://www.jcld.org. The purpose of the meetings is to deliver the budget message and to receive comments from the public on the budget. These are public meetings where deliberations of the Budget Commit- tee will take place. Any person may provide comments at the meetings. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 6, 2024 between the hours of 10:00 am and 7:00 pm, at the Jefferson County Library. Publish: April 24, 2024 MAP323243
