Libraries have always been a valued resource in Tiffany’s life, and she is excited to be a part of keeping them relevant in today’s world. From learning to read with the Peanuts comics and Nancy Drew, to working at her college library, she has always made sure to have an active library card.
Tiffany has a Bachelor’s degree with a dual major in Geography and Environmental Studies, then added a professional GIS Certificate. She has been working for an electric cooperative for the bulk of her career as a Cartographer and GIS Analyst. While doing fieldwork in fisheries research, she would often visit the library to check out magazines to take into the backcountry for the entire crew.
Even though her children have outgrown library storytime, Tiffany holds the value a library adds to the community in high regard and sees the future of the library as essential.
