Contractors Needed – Culver Library Branch Project

Provide quotes by July 10, 2026

The Jefferson County Library District is seeking licensed and bonded contractors to provide quotes for improvement work at the Culver Library Branch.

Scope of Work

Contractors may provide quotes for one or more of the following:

  • Expand restroom facilities to meet ADA requirements
  • Widen and replace two entry doors for ADA accessibility
  • Remove one entry door and install a window
  • Install perimeter fencing
  • Prepare and gravel a 9,000 sq ft parking area
  • Pour concrete sidewalks and an ADA-accessible parking pad
