As the Jefferson County Library began to grow in the early 1990s, the Library Association began receiving donations for capital improvements. Library Board agreed that a special endowment fund be established as a fundraising arm for the purpose of accumulating funds for the long-term financial stability of the Jefferson County Library.
What We Do
In addition to fundraising, the Endowment Foundation annually receives a percentage of the Adele and Sumner Rodriguez endowment fund that is managed by the Oregon Community Foundation.
