Camp Sherman

Black Butte School District - Located at the headwaters of the Metolius River in Camp Sherman, Jefferson County.  Black Butte has competed in school and district Oregon Battle of the Book tournaments but never a regional tournament.   

Culver

Culver Elementary School - Located in southern Jefferson County. The Bulldogs hosted the regional tournament in 2025 and have been members of 7B since 2024. 

Madras

Big Muddy - Located near the town of Antelope, in southern Wasco County. The school is apart of the Jefferson County School District 509J and participated in the regional tournament in 2024.

Buff Elementary School - One of the Original 11 members.  Have participated in every 7B Regional Tournament since its inception.  Gold Medalists and state qualifiers in 2023. 

Madras Elementary School - One of the Original 11 members.  Have participated in every 7B Regional Tournament since its inception.

Metolius Elementary School -  One of the Original 11 members. Have participated in every 7B Regional Tournament since its inception.

Warm Springs K-8 Academy - One of the Original 11 members. Have participated in every 7B Regional Tournament since its inception.
