NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD FOR OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE SERVICES FOR THE LIBRARY DISTRICT OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, BUILDING EXPANSION PROJECT
Notice is hereby given that the Jefferson County Library District intends to award the owners representative contract for the above-cited project to the firm Compass Project Solutions
In accordance with ORS 279B.135, participating firms have until April 7, 2023, to comment on or protest the Library’s decision.
The Jefferson County Library District would like to thank each applicant for their time and effort in this project.
Jefferson County Library District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Jefferson County Library District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
feedback and can often resolve issues in a timely manner if they arise.
