QBS – ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES JEFFERSON COUNTY LIBRARY DISTRICT, OREGON

Jefferson County Library District, Oregon, is requesting sealed qualifications from qualified firms to provide architectural and engineering services for the Jefferson County Library District Renovation and Addition. Qualifications must be received by 3:00 pm (PDT) September 13, 2023, in the Jefferson County Library District Office located at 241 SE 7th Street, Madras, OR 97741. Qualifications received after the designated time and date, per the official bid clock located in Library Office, will be returned unopened. Jefferson County Library District may reject any qualifications not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all qualifications upon a finding by the Library District that it is in the public interest to do so.

Submitting firms are responsible for checking the site for any addendums before submitting their proposals. The Jefferson County Library District Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the Library District.
